豆製品若再出包最重罰2億

（中央社記者龍珮寧台北21日電）食藥署統計，用到非法染劑二甲基黃的豆製品、需下架的已累計有116項，持續回收，即日起若再查到，最高罰新台幣2億元。

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署追查德昌豆乾產品上游業者，芊鑫實業社非法使用二甲基黃在乳化劑（消泡劑），衛生機關至今出動663人次，稽查1544家次，有使用二甲基黃問題產品已下架、回收4萬2533多公斤。

食藥署再次呼籲豆製品業者使用乳化劑（消泡劑）時，若使用到「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」，應立即停止使用並退回原購買廠商。

食藥署簡任技正王德原表示，問題產品已有116項，若即日起再查到，則依食品安全衛生管理法規定，食品添加未經許可的添加物，不得製造、販賣、公開陳列，否則依法處6萬至2億元罰緩。1031221
