初三車潮雪隧北上塞到天黑

年初三，出遊人潮多。高公局表示，下午三點多，國5南下的車潮，差不多紓解了，但北上宜蘭到坪林路段會持續壅塞，可能要到入夜以後，車潮才會比較紓解。中區車多的路段，是彰化到埔鹽系統，另外就是南投路段，雙向都壅塞，埔鹽北上車輛也開始漸漸變多。

高公局表示，從下午三、四點一直到傍晚會是最尖峰的時段，比較可能會壅塞的路段，國1大概是在三義到后里，還有西螺到埔鹽系統，以及新竹系統到湖口路段；國3則可能是名間到南投北上路段，以及香山到鶯歌系統北上路段。
