颱風靠近 17縣市強風特報

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北18日電）中度颱風巨爵還沒來台灣，但今天風好大，中央氣象局上午也發布17縣市陸上強風特報，台灣本島與離島都有9到10級陣風。

氣象局說，今天風大主要受強烈東北風影響，台南以北至東半部、恆春半島、蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖空曠地區及鄰近海域，都會有9至10級強陣風。

根據氣象局陸上強風特報，台灣本島除台北市、南投、嘉義、高雄、屏東外，全納入強風特報範圍，包括外島金門、馬祖、澎湖，共有17個縣市。1041018
