卡式台胞證下周一全面上路

儘管推出後引發不少爭議，大陸國台辦上午證實，大陸將在9月21日全面換發卡式台胞證。

大陸國台辦發言人馬曉光：「大陸縣級以上公安機關開始受理申請，同時停止簽發本式台胞證，各地公安機關，可以為在大陸的台灣居民補發換發5年的卡式台胞證。」

除了台胞證樣式更新，大陸方面同時表示，各入境口岸將可以為沒有台胞證，卻臨時需要入境的台灣旅客，簽發所謂「一次性」的臨時台胞證，至於現在已經持有的本式台胞證則可以繼續使用到有效期截止。
